These Terms & Conditions (referred to herein as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between cn99 (referred to as "cn99", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or makes use of the services available at cn99.bet (referred to as "you", "the player", or "the user"). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Access to cn99.bet and participation in any service offered by cn99 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active cn99 account:

Age Verification

One Account Policy

Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, cn99 will close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances within them, and may report the activity to relevant fraud prevention systems.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your cn99 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any transaction completed using your account credentials is deemed to have been made by you, unless you have previously reported a security breach to cn99 support in writing.

Account Verification (KYC)

Required documents may include proof of identity (NID, passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by cn99 may result in account restrictions or closure.

Deposits

Bank transfer deposits may take 30 minutes to 4 hours to reflect depending on your bank and the time of transfer. cn99 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into your cn99 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source payment account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in the deposit being reversed and your account being suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at cn99 is ৳1,000. cn99 targets processing of bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 4 business hours. All withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification as described in Section 3 of these Terms.

Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically possible. cn99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000 or any withdrawal deemed unusual in the context of a player's account history.

Wagering Requirements and Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited. Real-money deposits not associated with a bonus are always withdrawable without wagering conditions, subject only to identity verification requirements.

Welcome Bonus

New cn99 players are eligible for a 100% matched welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is ৳500, made via bKash or Nagad. The welcome bonus must be opted into explicitly during the deposit process; retrospective bonus claims on deposits already processed will not be accepted.

The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳60,000 in total wagering before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The welcome bonus expires 30 days after it is credited. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining after 30 days will be forfeited automatically.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Any attempt to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all related bonuses and winnings.
• cn99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to fulfilling obligations already accrued under active claims.

All bets and wagers placed on cn99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or event, which are published within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on cn99.

Placement and Acceptance of Bets

A bet is only deemed accepted and valid when cn99's system has confirmed receipt and issued a bet confirmation reference. In the event of a technical fault — including but not limited to connection failure, server error, or software malfunction — during the placement of a bet, the bet may be voided by cn99 if no confirmation was generated. The stake associated with a voided bet will be returned to your cn99 account balance.

The minimum bet on sports betting markets including cricket is ৳100. The minimum stake on slot games is ৳10 per spin. Maximum stake and maximum payout limits vary by game and market and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

Cricket and Sports Betting

cn99's cricket betting section covers all BPL seasons, IPL seasons, T20 World Cup editions, ICC tournaments, and all Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series fixtures. • The player is under 18 years of age.

Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, cn99 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, void any open or unsettled bets, and recover from the player any funds paid out as a result of the breach. cn99 may also report the relevant circumstances to fraud prevention agencies, financial institutions, and law enforcement bodies where required.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their cn99 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a verified closure request, cn99 will process any remaining withdrawable balance to the player's registered payment method and close the account within 24 hours. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding bonus wagering requirements — bonus balances that have not met wagering conditions at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by cn99's internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction, as determined by cn99 at its discretion. cn99's complaints procedure requires that any dispute is raised with the support team in writing within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Disputes raised outside this window may not be accepted.
